WANTED: All U.S. citizens who are interested in finding solutions to help fix our economy.
Euphemia's Economy Blog
I am asking all U.S. citizens for their suggestions,h on ways to fix our economy.
The economy is one of the biggest issues that we face in our lives.
It would be interesting to see how others are deeply affected by it.
If we could come together and share our ideas maybe we could one day, fix it.
It would be fantastic to hear others comments and concerns.
We can make a difference together.
Here is something to keep in mine:
In 2008, we were introduced to what some might call the great Recession. It hit some of us so
hard that food stamps was the only option left. It caused 3.5 million people relying on benefits. That's
61% of Americans receiving state or federal unemployment benefits. There were 8.7 million people
who lost their jobs in 2007, with less they 2.5 million have been recovered. One out of three have
been unable to find work for a year or more. (Kahan, 2011). The bank bailout also, took place around
this time. (Example: Most of us had hope that our economy would be a better place, we thought that
more jobs sould be created, the unemployment rates would drop.
